The Richmond CPCU Society participated in a virtual volunteer opportunity with Junior Achievement of Central Virginia. Volunteers shared their career stories; from getting hired and their approach to teamwork, to create their personal brand and more! The content complied was shared with local high school students in the Central Virginia area. The stories, which were pre-recorded and edited by JA of Central VA, will help to equip young students with the tools and skills required to achieve success in the high-growth career industries of Risk Management, and Insurance! This opportunity is a great way for us as a Chapter to not only give back locally but also promote insurance careers to prospective students.
